Excellent service from start to finish! He spent almost two hours patiently working on our door until he finally managed to get it open and replace the locking mechanism. He was very professional, friendly and didn’t give up until the job was done. Really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend him. Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finish. He came out at very short notice and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I originally thought I would need to replace the whole mechanism, but he quickly identified a much simpler solution and saved me money, time and a lot of stress. The price was very reasonable too, and I really appreciated his honest advice rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable locksmith. Excellent service!

I wish I could give Gavin more than 5 stars. My 86 year old mother wanted the lock on her front door checked as she was struggling with it. Gavin immediately diagnosed the problem and showed her how to deal with the issue rather than replacing the rather expensive lock, which would have cost £300. He then refused to take any payment! He also gave us some security advice which we appreciated very much. Without a doubt, if you are looking for a locksmith, I highly recommend Gavin
