My door wasn’t locking
My door wasn’t locking, so I called late one night for help. He offered to come out straight away to secure it, which I really appreciated, even though I managed to sort it myself. The next day, he arrived promptly with all the parts needed and fitted a more secure lock, explaining clearly why the old one wasn’t very secure and what had caused the door to fail in the first place. He also repaired the inner workings of the door and fixed a few other issues I hadn’t even noticed. Fast, efficient, and genuinely professional service, I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing lock or door repairs. Now I have a locksmith I trust and can call whenever I have any issues!

Kind, safe and great communication
Optimus Locksmiths came out to sort my door after it stopped locking randomly on Sunday afternoon. He didn’t have the part in stock to fix immediately, so put a temporary lock on so the house was safe overnight. Gavin returned a day later to sort it out with the part. Communication was great, I knew when he ordered the part, when it came and when he was planning on coming. He was a good price, cheaper than others I called! I would also like to add that as a woman on my own, I felt comfortable with him doing work in the house. Will defo use again if needed!

Gavin the locksmith from optimus locksmiths in corby was at our house within 15 minutes of calling we had an issue with a snapped key in the lock he was very friendly and super efficient When he got here he said that he could either take the key out of the lock that had snapped or replace the whole system for a tenner what a guy when he had finished he had also given me a safety feature that I had never thought of what a guy would definitely recommend to all Forgot to mention this was at 730 pm at night and we were concerned that we would have no security for the night Excellent price and great tradesman
