• Hinges & stays: friction stays, Egress/easy-clean hinges, butt/flag hinges and sash balances for uPVC, aluminium and timber—cures sagging, draughts and poor sealing.

• Safety & access control: child-safety restrictors, ventilation (night-vent) settings, keyed handles for insurance compliance and better key control.
